This was even after the Manager of Kyhns said He himself cleaned the filter. They refused to come back to service it. Even though they gave a ‘good’ deal to install the unit some years ago, I will be using a different company in the future. If Ryan the Manager says this is what he cleaned regularly. If you Can't trust the manager himself, I hope the other workers are more professional.
It's nerve racking when your A/C goes out in July. Called Kyn's they came out took care of business. Had them come back this year for a maintenance check . A/C running better than every. Great customer service. That is valued in my book.
Gary came out and fixed our ac right away. We are so grateful they where able to squeeze us in the next day in this 100° plus weather we are having. Our daughter has kidney disease and she can not handle this heat. Kyhn's will always be our to go ac company. Highly recommend them.
