My mom and I first had our visit with Ivers and Alcorn Funeral Home in 2017. My mom was one to plan ahead. That’s the key to a successful funeral arrangement. When mom became ill I was prepared to handle her wishes to the fullest because she and I planned ahead. Mayra Aguilar was so professional in seeing mom’s wishes were carried out. I would recommend them to anyone wanting the best service available. Kindness and compassion speaks volume when you’re in a stressful time. They really made everything so easy. I'm writing this review for the Merced location. We had a great experience with them for my brothers funeral. Mayra was amazing at making sure everything was taken care of and she was great with communicating with us through the whole process. She was very professional and helped to keep an already stressful and sad moment stressful free. She real went above and beyond. They also did a great job during the viewing and allowed us to have our moment with my brother. Flowers arrived to the church in great conditions and they really were helpful from day one to the very end. Thank you Ivers & Alcorn Funeral Home in Merced. Also thank you Mayra!
