All aspects of our experience with S. Carlson exceeded our expectations. The company gave us a rough estimate of the cost over the phone and the final invoice matched the estimate. The repair man, Jamie, was available the same day. Jamie respected our request to stay on the joists and off of wires while working on the repair in the attic. He was able to complete the work in a tight space without having to remove other structures, which saved us from a more extensive repair. Repair looks neat. Jamie and Mike explained things plainly and were a pleasure to work with.

Had an issue at our new home we just purchased where we heard water running through the walls in the middle of the night, while nobody was using water. Called them, and they came out within a few hours. The man stated he thinks he knew what it was before he even walked in the door. Turns out it was related to the water softener regulating itself, (or something like that) and nothing to be concerned with. He was super nice, knowledgeable and handled it very quickly, putting our minds at ease. Would highly recommend!

Had a drain pipe brake under the house. Everything was just flowing onto the ground. Called and they were willing to come out the next day but it worked better for me if they could do it a few days later. Showed up on time and took care of the problem quickly and professionally. Plumbers are expensive but the price was better than I was expecting. I am going to need the whole place re-piped eventually because of old Polly B and they will be who I call.
