I had an annual eye exam 30 days ago, VSP covered with 20$ co pay.
Dr. Wanted a “follow up” to see if eye drops added moisture to eyes.
30 days later went back for my “follow up.”
Co pay was 75 $ and charged as “ medical” to my primary insurance.
What a scam, nothing done 30 days later was different than eye exam, but they used the situation to bill my medical without notifying me?
Yes, I won’t be continuing services here.

I had an older pair of frames and recently switched out the lenses with an updated prescription. 2 weeks later, I snapped the temple of my frames in half. They kindly fixed it at no charge and did a great job of shrink wrapping the band. Hopefully it holds, but they were kind enough to do this for me. Thank you Primary Eye Center.

I want to thank all the staff at Primary Eye in Atascadero.Amazing... Doesn't even come close.... They are kind and considerate... They make you feel comfortable when going to a Dr may give you anxiety ..Helpful and fun and very professional .. Thank you to everyone... Alison
