Dealt with Hector, the young man behind the counter in Atascadero.
There was a misunderstanding about the width of a custom gate. It arrived 4 inches short.
Not only did Hector fix the problem without any issues he dealt in a most professional and kind way.
I was most grateful.

We went into the store and ordered fencing materials. We paid the $50.00 delivery fee and had a date set. The fence was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday. No call from Fence Factory so we called them. They were sorry but now the delivery date is Friday. No call from them so we had to call. Fence will be here at 3:30. Get a call it has to be Saturday at 7:30. No fence so we call. They are closed on Saturday. The driver showed up at 10:00. No Caps or gate for the fence. Today, Monday, my husband is going to pick up the caps and no gate. So the $50.00 delivery fee and no communication add up to... Frustrated and feeling they have very poor customer service.Since I posted this review my husband went to Fence Factory to pick up our gate and caps. The Fence Factory returned our Delivery fee and we're very apologetic. Thank you.

If you want great portable toilets or sinks, FenceFactory is who you need to call. They have always provided the sanitation services for construction but now you see Event Factory at festivals and party's weddings etc. (sister company of Fence Facory). They are reasonably priced and their units are all is great shape! Derek is the manager and he will always go over and beyond to keep the customers happy. I recently started buying my toilet paper by the case from them at only .50 a roll, and the case has 96 rolls! And I even got it delivered because we were self isolating due to the corona virus. Thank goodness I don't have to fight with the crazies at Walmart or Costco over Toilet Paper! I also buy my gopher wire and all my deck screw there at the store. I've of course bought fencing materials there. The screws are a great deal compared to Home Depot, and I don't know where else to get the gopher wire. They offer so much at Fence Factory so if anyone has a chance, I highly recommend you go by.
