Our chicken was attacked by a fox, and carried briefly in its mouth before we scared it off. The bite caused an open laceration on our chickens side. This happened on a Sunday, on a holiday weekend. We had a heck of a time finding a vet with a doctor that could treat a chicken. We discovered El Camino Vet after a recommendation. When we walked in, they were booked up with appointments but they still made an initial exam a priority to make sure she was stable. After waiting for a doctor to become available, Dr. Ramos cared for our chicken. He was knowledgeable, kind, and skilled. Great experience. Friendly. Helpful. Had a somewhat emergency and they were able to get my cat seen that day. Kept me updated on what was going on throughout the week that they had him. They gave me a lot of time too to ask questions when I picked up him up. Winston is alive and well because of their care and time. I am forever grateful
My dog got loose, not too far away from here. and she happened to run in the general direction of the vet hospital. Luckily, the vet at hospital acted quickly and was able to catch her and hold her. They quickly contacted me and I was able to pick her up with no issues. she was safe and uninjured. I really thank them for their service. They seem like really nice people with a short interaction that I had with them.
