Central Coast Casualty Restoration
“I had a very challenging water damage situation that ultimately kept me out of my home for close to a year. Early in the process there were delays and mistakes made by members of the team. However, once Mike became involved as the project lead, the experience improved significantly.
Mike took ownership of the project, communicated consistently, followed through on issues that needed attention, and went above and beyond to help get things resolved properly. I really appreciated that he and his team continued to be responsive even after major work was completed.
No large restoration project is ever perfect, but I believe character shows in how problems are handled. Mike and his crew demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and genuine care for the outcome. I was impressed enough with both the quality of the work and integrity throughout the process that I have since hired this company on for additional projects as well.
I love all of the wonderful upgrades to my kitchen, living room, office and stairway. I am grateful for the effort Mike and his team put into getting my home back together, and in better shape than before.”
