Moved into a new rental. The low pile carpet was filthy and stained. I had low expectations because of how gross it was. They left it looking almost BRAND NEW!! Only one or two stains were so deep that they couldn't get them fully out, but they are so faded now that you hardly notice them (totally understandable). I couldn't believe my eyes. I'm so so happy!

I also had them steam a large wool area rug and a tweed-esque fabric couch. There was a Persian rug they said they could clean back at the shop. I opted out for now, but good to know for the future.

The entire process was super smooth. No confusing miscommunication or disorganization. I scheduled everything through Tiffany over the phone and she was friendly, patient, and helpful. Answered all my questions. They were able to book me within the week. Kyle the cleaner came in the morning, and the carpets and couch were dry by the evening. He put all the furniture on coasters and slid everything around so that all the carpet was cleaned. I asked him about additional chairs that were in a delicate fabric (silk blend?) and he was knowledgeable enough to recommend against steaming that particular fabric because it doesn't respond well to steaming. I appreciated his discernment.
