Around March 2023 I reached out to Williams Monument Company to do a small monument for my husband, initially everything was fine until now, he initially said this will be done by June or July after that he has tell me in 2 week and that's how he has been gaining time, he has not respect for people. US who already are leading with the pain of the lost of a love one Please don't waste your time and save the pain.

Please avoid this company and this liar. My experience mirrors the multiple reviews. Money given and work not completed. The amount of money this individual has taken from grieving families and prolonging the grieving process is shocking. I have had a similar experience. Paid for death date to be added to an already in place headstone for my mother. At time of order 3 to 4 weeks, approaching 2 years and still not complete. Will not answer phone or respond to messages. No stars. This man was pleasant and accommodating until I paid him the full amount for the headstone. In May, he promised to have it done in 6 weeks. The middle of June, I started communicating asking for updates but he did not return my phone calls, texts, or emails so I went to his business on August 21. He told me then that it would be done by the end of that week. I've been very patient...it's now November and he will not return my calls, texts or emails. If he would have the decency to talk to me and give me an update, I would not be upset. As of now, I don't even know if he has started working on my order. I would not recommend him to anyone.
