Really chill and laid back spot to get a fresh cut! Steven has been my barber for a minute and is always on point! He has excellent attention to detail and always gets the cut just right. Highly recommend and would trust him with my wedding cut (and I did, lol)! If you're looking for a new spot or a new barber, this is the place!

South Street Barbershop the spot to get chopped up. Finding a barber as a guy can lowkey feel daunting, and finding one that meets your expectations is as valuable as having your go to mechanic, drink spot, dentist/doctor or whatever. This establishment is clean and spacious, has TV’s playing sports, got music, easy parking, and most important, talented and experienced barbers that value their craft and want you to feel fresh walking out. I’ve been cut by Rey, David, and Al and have never been disappointed with the result or felt like some random in the chair. If you trying to get a cut pull up!

I came in yesterday to get a cut by the guy with the glasses(Mexican)seems like he’s a good barber but NO he barely taps the clippers your head. He does a shave treatment without requesting and charges. My haircut doesn’t look fresh. He slanted my hairline one side is pushed back farther than the other side. An he had the nerve to charge for haircut plus 10 fee for treatment I didn’t request. Worst barber I’ve ever experienced.

Got a cut my AL today and he did a great job on my beard and haircut. I would def come back to him and to south street barber shop.

I am so glad we found this barbershop! My son is so picky with his hair, He has long curly hair and he had not found a barber he really liked. After years of trying new places we found David at South Street barbershop. Not only does David make my son feel comfortable but he gives him the cut exactly the way my son likes it. I don't normally write reviews even though I am always reading reviews.. but this Barbershop deserves it because they're amazing. 10/10 recommend.

Very friendly staff, David made me feel at home. Decor is nice and it's uncharacteristically vibrant and lively compared to the rest of the area. My only regret is that I'm moving out of California so I won't be able to come back for another cut.

I’ve had the pleasure of getting my hair and beard cut by David, the owner of South Street Barber Shop, and I can’t explain how much I recommend him! From the moment I reached out to him, he responded quickly and was extremely accommodating with scheduling.The barber shop itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which is always a huge plus. David himself is incredibly respectful and personable, making the experience all the more enjoyable.But most importantly, David is an absolute pro when it comes to cutting hair. He took the time to really understand what I wanted and went above and beyond to deliver. I've been going to him for a few years now, and he's hands down the best barber I've ever had. I've tried other places in the past, but they never quite reached my expectations like David does.Overall, I can’t explain how much I recommend him! David and South Street Barber Shop enough. If you're looking for a top-notch barber who truly cares about his craft and his clients, look no further. David is the real deal and I'll definitely be a lifelong customer!

Ask for David. We moved out of state a year ago and my son will only get a haircut from David at this barbershop. He refuses to get a cut near our new home. For this reason, we've already been back to CA about 6 times during the year. David understands my teen son's style and always gets it right.

It took me a while to find a barber in the area that I liked and trusted. I'm so glad that I found David. He responds quickly for scheduling and is always thorough with his haircuts. David knows his clients - he always remembers my haircut. Prices are very reasonable as well. The barbershop can be a little hard to find..it's on the 2nd floor of a small shopping center.
