“I usually go to my acupuncturist and chiropractor to help fix my rotator cuff and back, but lately it doesn't seem to help. So I decided to try a session with Scott, owner of Mystic Massage & Wellness. I had a 90 minute session of Cup Therapy/Myofascial Decompression. It was very different from what I was used to. The session consisted of massage with electrodes, cupping and scrapping with light body movement. Then, we did a series of movement exercises with body weight. It was very interactive and almost like a workout, at the end I was exhausted. I was sent home with band and weight exercises to do until my next session. So far, I feel this treatment is much more geared to my athletic training and seems more useful than the old conventional style treatments I recieved in the past.“

“Over the past few months, I've been feeling unwell and have spent weeks just worrying. But more and more, the symptoms increased one by one, and in the end, I did all the tests I could, but instead of being reassured by the fact that the results showed no reason, I was anxious that I could not find the name of my disease, so I searched the Internet and compared the symptoms I had. started to do it.
