The sole of one of my boots came un-glued. They stitched both boots so they could worn again, and they look great! These were vintage and about 50 years old and they look new now! Couldn't be happier. I'll bring all my leather goods and vintage here for forever. They called me twice, and were excellent at communicating and the price was more than fair. Thank you so much! 40+ years experience really shows

Called the store to verify they were open. Brought my shoes for a shine. Went to Starbucks to get a coffee. Came back and shoes were ready. $12 can't beat that.

Sweet old man just trying to repair shoes. No nonsense repairs and pretty great prices. He won’t do what’s unnecessary and expensive if there’s a cheaper way to get it done.

I have been going to this shoe store for a number of years and this is my first review because I don’t normally review places unless there’s something very technical to be said about them that I can add to the business. I have never had a bad experience at the store any of the jobs that he has done have always been quality work. I think a few years ago there was a shoe I brought in that I had the sole come loose and he re-did it free of charge, I did not have another problem. Quality work, fair prices I would fully be comfortable with recommending this business to anyone. And I often do.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. My family took a authentic Gucci bag for a cleaning and the old man claims he lost it. Argues with my 83 year old mother. Disrespects her and literally kicks her out of how store. Who does that? Never offered to pay back any amount of money for what he lost. He was so rude. I would not recommend anyone going to this business. I bet his wife is sporting a nice Gucci bag now. So please dont support this thief. They should close this place down. Do not go here!!!

Dropped off my pair of boots. The old guy charged $20.00 for the shoes. He asked for the payment right away. He said it will be ready in less than 2 weeks. He said pick it up around 2pm. 2 weeks came, so excited to pick up my shoes and wear it. Went to the store and the owner said my shoes is not ready. He said it's somewhere in the back. So he said to come back. I gave him another week. Back to the place and the old guy/owner can't find my shoes. I gave him the ticket. He looked everywhere and even called someone if he has my pair of boots with him. Unfortunately he couldn't find it. He said he must have given it to someone else. What kind of a business is this? Almost a month to get my fully paid pair of shoes and is missing. This is BS. I loved those shoes. I will never go back to this place. It's unorganized and no care to your personal belongings at all.

I have been coming here for the last 10 years and I am always pleased with the quality of service I have received. I like to invest in my footwear by buying quality shoes (mostly leather) and therefore I am willing to spend a little extra to maintain the shoes as they wear down from use as leather will often do. I have had many heel caps replaced as well as sole protectors installed on my shoes. The older gentleman that is always there greets me with a smile every time. I feel he invokes an old world sentiment that is lost in these modern times. I hope to continue my patronage here for many more years to come. As for the prices, I don't think what they charge is extraordinary in any way. Are my feet worth it? Absolutely!!! I believe that you get what you pay for and if you want cheap service, you may just need to look elsewhere.

I absolutely loved this place. The personal was so nice and they did an excellent job. I asked if they could put a zipper in my boots and I was more than satisfied with the results, I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.
