“We were a sub for Central Coast Fence on the new tennis courts at UCSB - the fence work was extensive, and we added windscreens on the new fence.Not every fence company can build tall fences correctly and tennis courts are pretty involved - they did a good job.There was more than 2000' of 10' fencing for windscreens - they had double that in fencing - very involved with prevailing wage rules in the mix as well.“

“If you are looking for the best - these guys are scary good.I received 4 different bids for a deck to be built in AG area outside a small ADU.Jay's bid came in more expensive than the rest by quite a bit. With some construction experience, I could tell the attention to detail was far above average.Jay came for 3 days with a crew of 6 guys.Level of detail on this build was outstanding. The tightest miter joints, the closest cuts. Perfect alignment, deck screws set with military precision.Composite decks are expensive. If you are going to spend the money for a top tier composite deck, you're going to want it installed by a perfectionist.Incredible job“
