“We were a sub for Central Coast Fence on the new tennis courts at UCSB - the fence work was extensive, and we added windscreens on the new fence. Not every fence company can build tall fences correctly and tennis courts are pretty involved - they did a good job. There was more than 2000' of 10' fencing for windscreens - they had double that in fencing - very involved with prevailing wage rules in the mix as well.”
“We hired Rich and his crew to install a 4 Seasons LIFE room louvered patio cover. His crew was friendly and respectful. The bid was also very reasonable in price compared to their competition. They did a great job with the install and we are very happy with it.”
“I highly recommend John for any handyman work you may need! He recently completed several projects for me, and every single one was done with care, precision, and professionalism. He built a sturdy loft in my shed for extra storage, assembled multiple shelves flawlessly, and installed Ring cameras throughout my property—ensuring they were well-positioned, functional, and easily accessible. He even built a custom shelf inside a cabinet for my pots and pans, and tackled a number of other helpful tasks.
What sets John apart is not only the quality of his work, but also his attitude and approach. He’s incredibly positive, thorough, and conscientious. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing as he works—like a true teacher, not just a handyman. He even advised me on what to buy at Home Depot to help save time and money. I’m truly grateful for his help and will definitely be calling him again for future projects.”
