Words cannot express how amazing Ines Garcia's healing massage is. My boss gave me a gift certificate for a Lymphatic massage with Ines. Ines is so kind and has such great energy on so many levels. I have felt great after receiving this wonderful massage. I bought one for my daughter, as well as purchased some supplements and spices. I am excited about my next massage with Ines in a few weeks. I highly recommend this business.
Instagram kept telling me all these reasons I couldn't loose weight now that I'm over 50 and through menopause, so I really wasn't that hopeful. I just wanted to see if any of my labs were off and if there was any hope to loose 10 pounds. I lost 20!! (Only the first three days sucked.) I'm literally shocked that I had to buy all new jeans, twice. I "could" wear clothes that I shouldn't wear. I way less than when I got married 25 years ago. Even better is that I think about food so. much. less.
I first went to see RaChell at a weekend group in 2017. I found out what food intolerances I had, and was surprised by all of them. I followed her plan, and got down to 6' 178 pounds at 50 yrs old.
