I had a nice pedicure, but the night before my next appointment, I was hit hard with the stomach flu. I knew it was too short notice to cancel without paying, so I called twice to cancel, left voicemails, and asked for a return call so I could pay for the missed appointment and rebook. No one called back. I also sent a message—still no response. When I went online to book another appointment, the website showed they were fully booked through September 2.

UPDATE: They called. Did not charge for my cancellation. And scheduled an appointment for me. This is a very nice salon, and was recommended by all my friends but very popular — so don’t wait to make an...read full review
