Ordered in August 2021 and we are still waiting in June 2022. We paid 50% of the price up front, too. Judging from the other reviews, this delay is not unusual, but they initially said it would be complete by Thanksgiving 2021. Their sunrooms may be awesome, but be willing to wait.

From the estimate that Brian did, the site inspection that Hillario did to the actual construction done by Gabriel and his crew I am very happy for the service I got from everyone! There was a hiccup or two but Gabriel make sure everything was PERFECT! Now that the work is done I am very happy with the finished product. Now I wish I would’ve had it done years ago. My dog now has a fully protected patio from the sun and the rain. I highly recommend this company, I would hire them again, kudos to everyone involved. Oh I can’t forget Melissa the front office person, she was great at every step!! Thank you everyone ❤️

Although it took quite a while to complete, our very custom patio cover turned out great! The gabled roof has tile to match our house. Our pillars are wrapped in stacked stone and look fantastic thanks to the expertise of Gabriel. Overall, we are very pleased.
