The owners here are incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely care about their work. They rekeyed the doors for our business, and Luke did an outstanding job so professional and efficient.

I wanted to rekey a couple of Schlage deadbolts rather than chuck them and buy new ones. Dropped them off at Frank's one morning, and they called me about an hour later, all done. Also made spare keys that WORK. It was wonderful to pay a fraction of the cost of new to just get mine re-keyed. If you are not handy enough to pull and replace your deadbolts, they will come to you. But the shop was so cute and the customer service so good, I want to find an excuse to go back!
