“I have been a patient at west dermatology in San Luis Obispo for about 30 years. I finally decided that it's time to get a check up so I called to make an appointment and was told that seven years have passed and now I am considered a new patient and the next available appointment is in July. It's February. They recommended calling around and maybe checking out West dermatology in Arroyo grande. Glad I did. The receptionist was super nice and she had an opening for May, which I booked, and then a few days later I got a call saying that an appointment was available in a couple of days which was great! I saw Gabriel the nurse practitioner who was extremely nice, professional and courteous. He was thorough in the exam and alleviated worries that I had about a few spots on my skin that I wasn't sure about. The girls at the front desk were extremely nice, welcoming, and friendly as well. I am actually really shocked that they only have three star rating and even told them so! I already pre-booked my next year's appointment. Great job everyone!!“
