DermaSpaMed provides professional and knowledgeable dermatology care. Patients report wonderful experiences with the skilled and experienced staff, who offer world-class medical help. The practitioners are described as brilliantly trained, patient, and never rushed, taking clients seriously and providing competent treatment for conditions from psoriasis to rare, life-threatening medical issues. Treatment plans are executed with professional excellence, including relevant dietary advice. While the clinical care receives high praise, some feedback notes that the front desk service can be rude, with staff who do not greet clients or make eye contact, treating them like an annoyance. The office environment also sometimes plays country music. Overall, patients feel in capable hands, are enormously grateful for results, and recommend the practice.
The office is attractive and clean. I received friendly, helpful and efficient assistance at the front desk through Alma and others that were there. I found, Karilyn, who was the medical provider to be kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough in her exam and treatment plan. A positive experience at Derma Spa all the way around.😊
My first impression when I first walked into DERMASpaMED in Arroyo Grande was one of being welcomed. I was greeted while I waited to check into my appointment by the front office staff. Very friendly and helpful. The wait was a little long but I super appreciated the professional and unhurried care I received while in the treatment with Karilyn Haut, DMSc, PA-C. I highly recommend!!
I followed Karilyn Haut’s practice to Derma Spa Med! Great new location in AG. I’ve been seeing Karilyn for years and she’s the best. The front office staff are so kind. Highly recommend!
