Maite has been cutting my hair for 20+ years and does a fantastic job. Her shop runs on mostly appointments but she's happy to take walk ins when she can squeeze them in. Just read the 2 negative reviews and couldn't disagree more. If you are lucky enough to get a haircut from her, you will not be disappointed.

Usually walk in and get a cut. But today, walked in and waited 35 minutes before lead barber even said one word about appointments. Usually you put up with her watching novellas or talking on the phone while getting your hair cut. But making someone wait an unreasonable amount of time was pretty tonta on her part. If she can afford to blow off customers, more power to her. Lesson in customer service: if you got a mouth, use it.

This place deserves zero stars. We sent my brother to get his haircut with the woman with glasses and with attitude was pressuring and trying to hurry him up to cut his hair because she said she had someone coming in right after him. If you don't have time to take in another client don't waste our time and try to hurry us up. I'm not paying for a half a** job. She cut a piece of his hair and we decided to leave since she was being rude, taking my business somewhere else.
