Emily has been helping me with a shoulder injury and I have felt so much better. It is complicated and involves part of my back, but she is so knowledgeable and makes me feel like I am in excellent hands. I highly recommend her!

I’ve tried chiropractic & massage methods to alleviate pain over the years but Rolfing with Emily has been the best method by far. I really messed up my shoulder climbing to where I had no mobility in my neck and after an hour session, I could rotate my neck in all directions giving me tremendous relief. My shoulder continued to loosen hour by hour after the session giving me long term results. This therapy is relaxing & truly healing making it a magical & worthwhile experience. Emily is amazing! I am a very active surfer and ended up injuring my shoulder. I believe she said it seemed to be a nerve problem. It was incredibly debilitating as my entire arm from my finger tips to my shoulder and down my back was lighting up with nerve pain. Emily worked on me for a few minutes and relieved a lot of the pain. Fast forward an hour and I suddenly realized that all of the pain was gone, I was back to normal again!
