At the beginning of an appointment she checks in with the deeper areas of need, she asks if her pressure is adequate during the session and at the end gives gentle suggestions (drink water, lite stretches etc) to make the most of the relax/release work we’ve done together. Best masseuse ever!! She’s got such a great touch and always gives 100% to every massage she does! I’ve never been one to get a regular massage, but once I found her, I started going monthly and it makes such a tremendous difference Do yourself a favor and get a massage with her ASAP!
