I may be a little biased because I’ve always appreciated how the owner supports our local newspaper and community events—I love a business that gives back! I was excited when I finally had an opportunity to hire them.
I explained what I wanted, and they showed me several samples and helped me choose the perfect option. They even had some extra material available, which saved me money! They arrived when promised, installed everything perfectly, and cleaned up afterward.
The price was fair, the work was excellent, and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

I left for work this morning and when I came home it was like changing rooms. They did exactly what they said they would do for a good price. Jeff is a pleasure to work with, I really don't have anything but good things to say!

The team at Arcata Pro Floor is amazing. My home posed a few unusual traits that might prove to be a barrier for any other flooring company--unusually-sized stairs, uneven transitions between rooms, and the world's most disgusting carpet for removal. Arcata Pro Floor finished my entire two-story home in record time, and with the utmost professionalism. I absolutely love my beautiful new floors!
