I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent claim by Parklane dental. Over the past 30 days, I have encountered significant challenges in tracking the status of my dental claim, despite multiple follow-ups. Each time I inquire, I am told different information, leading to confusion and delays. I was previously assured that all necessary documentation had been submitted, yet I was later informed that additional information is required. This experience has been both frustrating and time-consuming. The whole family has been going to Parklane Dental for the past decade. Each visit, no matter what dental hygienist we get the experience has been great. The office team, especially Grace and Loveit (ortho) provide exceptional customer care, they understands our needs and have goes above and beyond! I always recommend Parklane to my friends and family.

Got invisalign here already for three years. I used to like this place but the situation became worse..... The doctor is always in hurry and talk very short. Don't give you time to ask question and not explain things detailly. Teeth adjusted needs lots of explain so we can feel comfortable to keep going on. The doctor makes me feel whatever she did, the patients can not get away because we already started the treatment here and it's hard for us to change the doctor. Some of workers are very rude.
