The Service: When the hair stylist is also the owner of the salon, I know I am getting good service!! Leo is very friendly and sweet to his customers. I feel very welcoming. He also teaches at the beauty school so he is very knowledgeable. He gives good recommendation and doesn't upselling me for something I don't need.
