Loo Dental is a professional and caring dental office with high standards for patients' needs. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with top-notch equipment. The staff, including dentists and nurses, are attentive, friendly, and dedicated to making patients feel at ease. They take the time to explain procedures and provide gentle care, making even anxious patients feel comfortable. With honest opinions and a smooth experience, Loo Dental is a recommended choice for dental care, even worth driving a distance for.
Terrible experience! Their biggest motivation is to make money as much as they can from both your insurance company and out of your pocket by recommending and pressuring you to do unnecessary exams (like CT scan) and treatments. Dr. Apel Keuroghlian was one of the surgeons I consulted with, not recommended. Think twice when you choose their service: their charging staff works with the doctors as a team.
Tota Shimizu is the worse and unprofessional dentist I've ever encountered. He made mistakes, caused injury and lied about it. He over charges and tricks you into believing his bait and switch scam. not to mention a long long wait for no reason and no apology from the office. Total Shimizu simply does not care and will waste your time.
I wanted to share my recent experience at View Dental Specialist Center, where I was referred by my local dentist for two root canals. Despite arriving approximately 25 minutes early for my 3:30 PM appointment to complete paperwork, I found that the company's approach to scheduling and time management left much to be desired. It became apparent that the center overbooks appointments, resulting in significant delays and a lack of consideration for patients' time. During my appointment, I felt rushed and observed the endodontist, Dr. Tota Shimizu, attending to multiple patients simultaneously, which I found to be disrespectful and concerning. Furthermore, I was surprised to discover an additional $300 charge for what was presented as an extra service. Had I not inquired about this charge, I would have unknowingly incurred a deductible of over $700. This was disappointing and added to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience. Regrettably, despite the courteous apologies from staff for the scheduling issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend View Dental Specialist Center to friends or family members. My appointment, which began at 3:30 PM, was extended well beyond 7:00 PM due to the delays and inefficiencies. While I understand that feedback is valuable for improvement, I must express my disappointment that the system does not allow for a negative rating.
