Set an appointment for Monday between 9:00 & 11:00 AM. James showed up about 10:30. Friendly and courteous! Fortunately, no parts were required, the heating unit I just needed a good cleaning. He took care of it quickly. 1 hour charge, which I consider reasonable. Love these guys. Highly recommend!
