    Great local barber shop. The proprietor is soft spoken and kind-hearted. He is patient with kids of all ages (including us middle aged Gen X kids) and cuts a good head of hair.Hugo's shares a footprint in the shopping center with Lupe's Beauty Salon in the back, but guests can visit both places from either street parking/entrance or rear lot entrance.Appointments are recommended, but door sign says they take walk ins when they are not busy. Easy enough to call ahead.Men's and kid's cut is $20, fades are $23, extensive beard work is $15+ (but a clean up of your early morning/bad lighting/funky mirror/haven't-had-my-coffee-yet lines is taken care... read full review

    Hugo is a master of his craft and deserves customers who respect his time and efforts. He doesn't give you a hair cut, but rather shapes your hair per your request guided by his experience.

    I haven’t been to the barber since 2012. I would cut my own hair for the longest time. I was thinking of going to a barber again but then the pandemic hit and everything shut down. Now that things are slightly better and places are opening up again I figured I’d try to get my hair cut by a barber. I’ll be honest...I was really hesitant because we’re still in a pandemic, but I’m happy to say I think I found my new regular barber! Hugo’s Barbershop is awesome! I showed up without an appointment but no one was there so my walk in was welcomed.
