Dr. Henriquez is wonderful and caring. I would give 5 stars if his office staff would learn to say my name correctly. The nurse that called me in last week actually said it correctly, and I thanked her for that. Now if the rest of them would figure out that it’s not “Low-knee” or “Looney”, but is “La-knee” (like Connie or Bonnie), they would get 5 stars. Been there enough times they should know by now.
My last visit to Foothill Cardiologist office was a very positive experience. Dr. Vasquez & Lorena were exceptionally gracious, informative and helpful. They both answered all my question in depth and made sure my visit was a successful one.
I've been to a LOT of different outpatient facilities over the years and all over the state. This one, across from Arcadia Methodist Hospital, is one of the best facilities I've visited. The offices are brand new, cool, wide open, and welcome. My technologist, Matt, was a wizard. His care and demeanor are exemplary. He walked me through every step with detail and a smile. I wouldn't hesitate to visit these offices again, and I know more than a few folks who would say the same. Excellent job.
