I just finished selling a home with Tim Tran. I would give him 6 stars but that is not possible! Tim was great to work with. I had the initial interview/meeting with him 6 weeks prior to listing the house. Tim gave excellent guidance on prepping the home to sell it for the highest value. From listing to the first offer (of many) was 2 days. Tim's communication with me was immediate if I had a question or concern. I was so impressed by his prompt replies that I knew I never had to worry about anything. Tim took care of any concerns in a very professional and trustworthy manner. My fiancé and I recently purchased our first home and Su was an amazing real estate agent from the start. Buying a home is definitely stressful especially during a sellers market but Su went above and beyond in helping us get our home. Su is very professional, trustworthy and knowledgable about the real estate industry and looks in the best interest of her clients. It took roughly 3-4 months before finding the perfect home, which we've been told is pretty fast and we couldn't have done it without her! Tim Tran was exceptional in helping my mother sell her home. My mother liked him from the start but more than anything else she felt comfortable with Tim's knowledge regarding the area and also Tim's patience and helpfulness throughout the whole selling process. I would recommend Tim to anyone who is looking to sell in the San Gabriel valley.
