Spoke to the “president” of this company Patsy Ma and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She has a snarky attitude and seem like she did not want to help at all. I hope she’s reading this, how do you expect to run a business that has to deal with customers with that type of professionalism? I’m absolutely disgusted with just talking to her for a few minutes and of course when I look her company on google it has the lowest ratings. Seriously a joke. Just close down already you’re not getting any business.

Dealing with BP International (Patsy in specific) has felt like dealing with two different companies. Prior to signing, she was responsive, attentive, and helpful. Post signing however, it’s been almost polar opposite. She dodges phone calls, doesn’t reply to emails nor text messages.Really unprofessional and unfortunate. Due to her negligence, a simple negotiation over seeking compensation for property availability delay is turning into a legal battle which will eventually lead to cancellation of the contract.
