I recommend Better Living Home Care for their respite services. John and his team are very caring and professional. They provide much needed relief from caregiving duties when we need it most.

When additional in home care was needed for my parents, Better Living did a fantastic job! But more important was the friendship and daily conversations that occurred with the healthcare worker.

If I could give them no stars I would. I was so disrespected by the gentlemen who answered the phone not only did he curse me out but also insulted me. Never again. Do NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. If they treat a customer this way over the phone imagine how they treat them in person. Now they're saying I never said who I was, and the owner is threatening me to take me to court because according to him I didn't say who I was. Yet he said my first name and called me brain dead and kept cursing me out. But go ahead and threaten me. I will screen shot the email you just sent me. And stop harassing me. Calling me 4 times isn't going to cover the fact you disrespected... read full review
