Decided to go to the Benefit Brow Bar for the first time to get my eyebrows done. Needless to say... I left satisfied with the customer service provided! Lorena was an absolute angel. I had gotten my eyebrows waxed for the first time in nearly 14 years and was nervous due to a horrible previous experience...so I usually get them threaded. She was patient, polite, and gentle. She made sure my brows were on point before leaving. Thank you so much Lorena! You've gained another client.?
I wish I could give my experience more stars! I had the best time with Amanda getting my brows done before my birthday. She made me feel safe and confident even though one of my brows needed serious work. Thanks to her advising about how the experience could affect my sensitive skin, I saved myself some trouble. Overall, such a positive experience and I can’t wait to come back.
Got my brows waxed by Amanda and I loved my experience! She took the time to map out my brows and also explained to me where she’d be removing hairs. My brows are fading unevenly (microblading) but she worked around it and did her best in cleaning up my brows despite the micro blading. I will definitely be back!
