This place is now own by a new boss name michelle . She's super sweet and definitely professional and knows exactly what is good for your skin ~ I feel bad that the previous owner had basically killed the reputation for this place ~ but definitely would recommend for people to come in for a nice facial still ~~

I do not think this place does match the advertisement as "teach Meng" giving us at 1300 radio. Not at all!!! I had been this place at two years ago and could not believe that all staffs were lie. They forced you keep to buy their products every time. Some staff even thought forced you to give them tip. I lost some weight but I did not think that was because their service and products. So I do not recommend this place to others and never come back again.

I don't like this place, it was a horrible experience I never been anyplace like this before. When I called to book appt in their Arcadia store for my facial, but When I walked in the front desk told me they had me schedule for weight loss treatment. She was blaming on me that I didn't make clear when I called. I was not happy already, but she also pushed me to buy more package. Hello???..... :( I haven't start any treatment yet, I don't even know if I like it or not, How can I decide to put more money in your place. They made me wait about 30 minutes, the front desk told me they only have one facial lady and she was busy. After I went in the room, the facial lady, introduced herself as Lina, she started push me to buy more package. I guess they really want my money. Not only that she also asked me if I buy the 'belt' in Asian american expo.I told her I already got one for my husband and I need to exchange to a large size. She asked how many I got? I asked how many I need? One costs almost $300 and she told me I can use one for my back, one for my leg, one for my arms. Again I think she really wants my money. after I rejected to purchase more 'belt'. She started sell me more treatments. I told her I interest on detoxication treatment, if I can try it first using my gift card. She told me my gift card doesn't cover that service, and if I want to do it I can either use my gift card and pay a extra $12 Because that treatment cost $1 per minute. She also said usually the treatment takes 60 minutes, so it costs $60 as full treatment. How can that happen? When I purchased the gift card. The sale lady told me it's including everything. So I asked her what kind treatment it covers, she answered me everything but not detoxication. OMG! Can you believe that!? She also told me if I changed my mind, I want to purchased the package. when I come back, don't pay at front desk, pay directly to her. It sounds so wired. She also said before I leave, Just leave tip on the bed. Because she only got paid by tips and commissions. I really got shocked. I tried really hard to be nice to her. I even left her the tip. by the way, because of her hard sale, I agree to let her put the mask on me during the body treatment. It costs $20, she told me. However on the way out, when I was paying for the mask, the front desk told me to pay $15 extra. I asked why? She told me because the pink belt the facial lady put on me, it will be extra charge. However she never told me there is extra charge for what ever the pink belt. I didn't even know she put any 'belt' on me. That really piss me off, I felt like I had been ripped off. I told the front desk I never been told that, she asked the facial lady to came out. Both of them told me I misunderstood her. The 'belt' she mentioned is the pink belt, not the one I purchased. That doesn't make sense at all, I already told her clearly I purchased the 'belt' in Asian American expo, and I need to exchange to a bigger size because it's small for my husband. There is no way that she misunderstand me. However I still paid for that extra $15. It was a horrible experience. I don't recommend anyone to go.

Do not come here !! And do not buy their groupon or living social adds! They lie about their slimmings and detox packages. I bought three slimming sessions with detox packages but they said detox packages were not apart of the deal. They lie and try to make you purchase more of their herbal stuff. Their advertisement is not legitimate at all. I hope they know that people do sue for false advertisement.

I have the worst experience ever!!!!! I bought a package in Santa Anita Mall for $96 for 2 treatments. I told the girl I only needed for my thighs, no where else. When I finish my first treatment, she asked me pay $30. I was in shock. She said it was for the wrap that they use for my thighs. I paid her and told her that, "you should have mention before the treatment, not after." I told her if you want the money so badly you can keep the second treatment because I'M NEVER COMMING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. Before the issue about the $30 I was making my next appointment for my treatment. They said I have to use it on a different area. She also tried to sell me a package for $1800. I'm so glad I didn't fall for this type of crap. This place is a rip-off. DON'T EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. I hope they shut down this place. I rated this place 0 stars. They even don't deserve 1 star. THIS PLACE IS SO HORRIBLE.!!!!!!!! BUNCH OF LIES AND SCAMS!!!!!!!!!! The girl at the front desk said, "Everyone that walked out of here with a smile." BUNCH OF BULL CRAP!!!!!!!!

It purchased 18 session and cost me $1,400.00 that's not including pills. The pills cost $100 and only last 18 days. I went for 3 months and lost 20lbs. Yes, staff there don't speak good English, force you to purchase stuff and rude. I have not been there for 3 months and still have 3 more sessions. I have gain back my all my weight. I stop going there becuz it's too expensive and don't want to continue taking their pills and other stuff they carry. I don't even know what is in those pills. But I know that I need to do the old fashion way...... Eat healthy and EXERCISE. It is to costly trying to take the short cut way.

Unbelievably worst experience. Really shoulda checked Yelp first (not that these rip-off artists do or care). Bought one of those 'deals' in the mall (stupid me...shoulda known better). Sent my wife there as a gift...some gift!!! They left her sitting alone in the waiting area for 20 minutes. Then proceeded to give her THE WRONG TREATMENT!!! I sent my slim 5 foot wife there for their skin care and they gave her the weight loss treatment!!!!!! All the while they where chatting and gossiping over her in Korean. I hate it when I miss out on this stuff. I would have torn them all a new one...and THEN had them shut down. I can't stand such blatant disrespect and predatory practices. DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!! Oh...and tell all your friends to add reviews. Let's show them the true power of Yelp! Ugh...one star is too many!!!

Okay so this might sound bad for most girls but my boyfriend of 3 years decided to buy a groupon package from this place. I got mad at him at first just like anyone else would have but then I realized I was starting to gain too much weight with this excessive eating at fast food restaurants. I went in for my first appointment and just like yelpers say they try to upsell just like any other business really but i firmly told the nice girl that i would want to try my groupon package before purchasing anything else. So I went through my first 3 sessions and i noticed a difference around my belly. I decided to purchase more sessions and im really glad i did because I was able to please my boyfriend again & most importantly myself. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because im very punctual and when i tell someone im going to be there at a certain time and place, i usually am. I had to wait 10 minutes on 2 occasions. I understand its a service business just like a doctors office but im very picky when it comes to that. Overall great experience. It was a beautifully decorated place, made me comfortable at least and best thing is customers and employees are only women.
