i just got back from my first appointment at the highly recommended Ronning PT and was disappointed. The whole place reeked badly of mold and mildew. As someone very allergic to mold and mildew, I left my session with my ears plugged and aching. I did ask the therapist who worked with me, what the chances were of them getting a dehumidifier to reduce the mildew by my next session and she replied none. Although the physical therapist seemed good, it was difficult to concentrate while feeling my allergy symptoms increase even though I had taken my medications.

Three times I've gone here. 1st time was super, with Elizabeth who is no longer there. 2nd time was OK, but seemed unsuccessful, 3rd time I was totally uncomfortable and was left with the e-stem hooked on me and had to unhook myself. The "kids" were all hanging around the front desk giggling and waiting to go home. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO RONNING

I checked out the reviews on Running and they seemed well rated. Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I had 12 sessions prescribed by my doctor but quit after 3 sessions. My fourth session was to be scheduled 4 weeks after my third and that was just to spread out. In my treatment sessions In was seen briefly by a therapist given a few exercises and then passed off to an assistant for icing and electronic stimulation. Felt like there was not interest in really treating me. No one even followed up to see why I was not returning or how I was responding in the weeks between scheduled appointments.
