Trina and Angelica treated me with respect dignity and kindness from the beginning to end they went above and beyond I didn't even wait that long at all I LOVE THIS OFFICE AND ITS PROFESSIONAL KIND STAFF THANKS
I was in the emergency room from 8 o’clock to 3 o’clock in the morning for a five minute procedure. Upon my discharge, I was reading my paperwork and noticed my blood pressure was 170/129. How could you release me with that blood pressure and then not even notify me that my blood pressure was that high. I had to read it on my discharge papers. That’s not OK. I have stage three lung cancer and was made to sit out amongst the sick people, but when I went to the back, there was many beds and space available for someone with a compromised immune system to sit and wait for Service. Please try to do better.
Great urgent care center hardly any wait . Doctors were professional . My only regret is they can’t do referrals if you have an hmo and need a referral to specialist they should be able to give you one since the wait for your own primary care. Physician is always a month or two out.
