Front and back staff was very nice, and waiting times were great. However, I arrived with my MRI report for right shoulder pain. I explained that my Primary doctor was on vacation until next month, and I can't be seen. The male NP read the 1st 2 paragraph of MRI, and said it is simple arthritis. Replied by saying he will prescribe a steroid shot an ibuprofen for pain. My husband had an appointment with his orthopedic surgeon 2 hours later, and informed him about my visit across the street to urgent care. He asked if he could see my report. He wanted to know why the Urgent care didn't read the rest about the severe torn ligaments, and Chronic traction cystic changes. Including a large fluid collection. Now, not only did I waste my time at the urgent care, I will be spending hours in the ER! All because the NP was in such a hurry, that he could not fully read the report that was given to simplify his job! 3 stars given because the girls in the front and back were so nice.

St.Mary Urgent care in Apple Valley has always been me and my families go to place for non-life threatening emergencies. Patients are see quicker than the ER at the hospital.

The first 5 minutes of being there waiting I felt something crawling on the back of my neck when I reach towards my neck to grab whatever it was I didn't feel it any more. Then lean back towards the wall and the side of my eye I see something crawling, I turned around and it was a cockroach! I left that place!!!

The worst emergency place I have ever been to!!!! I was waiting 6 hours for my daughter to be seen, there were not many people to have to wait 6 hours. GREAT SERVICE! From the doctor! From the staff!
