Home Depot Apple Valley CA. This place needs to be overhauled. Customer service is pathetic. I only have a one star because I'm unable to put zero stars. When try to get an associates attention for help, they quickly walk away like your not there. It's better to search online to determine where the merchandise is located in the store. The associates will start a conversation with another associate while you're checking out at the register. No hello or hi, they are there to just push you through the line and go about their day. They need to be reduce in staff.
Sadly, I have to give it a two, because although when we go in most people seem very helpful every single time without fail when we call for information, it will ring for five minutes one time up to eight minutes and nobody answers. Or then it answers and keeps us on hold forever, and no one wants to go the extra mile to help unless we have the exact information that makes it easy for them to find
The delivery they didn't take shrink wrap off they didn't unwrap the shelf's installed. The first deliver said they couldn't install the refrigerator needed a shut off there was 3 shut off valve under the sink. So called plumber and he put in shut off valve.I called said I had the valve installed and to delver my refrigerator they said no I needed to take out the copper water line and replace it called the plumber and he replaced.So called delivery they bought out refrigerator said it was not going to fit I said take off the doors.They said if it didn't work it was like my problem.
