He is very personable and he really cares and truly is there to help you and it’s not about the money. His after hour service was amazing. Hands down the best in the high desert Tony is top notch very professional and very reasonable showed up after hours and stayed to the unit kept working and triple digit heat while everybody else blew me off till next week or didn’t answer the phone I highly recommend elite 💯
