Dean Howard Heat and Air is a fantastic company. Their customer service is #1. The price I paid was exactly the price quoted, and that price was fair and reasonable. They installed a new heating/ cooling system, including new ducts and registers. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and hard working. Before they started work, they put down tarps and when they finished they vacuumed and cleaned up. It took a day and a half to install. Something that really impressed me was when they weren't satisfied with the air flow, they came back and worked another two hours, until they were satisfied with it. Dean and his crew fixed our air conditioner and replaced all the duct work and registers after a botched job done by a now unreachable company. It has worked flawlessly in this heatwave. Thank you all so very much.

First of all, happy was able to come out sooner than 3 weeks that the other guys started. Yes they were late for their appointment but did show up. Price was very reasonable, considering its the holidays, it could have been much worse. Would definitely recommend!
