They do excellent work!! They've serviced my HVAC for many years and I've always been pleased with their customer service and honesty. My rooftop unit recently gave up the ghost after 40 years and they did a fantastic job replacing it at a competitive price.
We had a problem with our old unit , so we called for a service call and they came the next day. When the technician checked our unit he told us that we should not invest any more money into it because of the age of the unit. He did get it started but informed us that it might stop again at any time. We decided to get a new unit . They did a fantastic job installing and making sure everything worked properly. I was so impressed on how clean they left everything after the installation. Dean, thanks for your promptness when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat .
Dean Howard Heat and Air is a fantastic company. Their customer service is #1. The price I paid was exactly the price quoted, and that price was fair and reasonable. They installed a new heating/ cooling system, including new ducts and registers. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and hard working. Before they started work, they put down tarps and when they finished they vacuumed and cleaned up. It took a day and a half to install. Something that really impressed me was when they weren't satisfied with the air flow, they came back and worked another two hours, until they were satisfied with it. I would never have known the difference, but they did! Above and beyond. I would recommend this company to everyone.
