I called yesterday to have my heater repaired they came this morning had it working in less then a half hour. Marsahal was very pleasant to talk to and was very in formative on regular maintenance. He told me to replace the filters as they were the incorrect ones. He gave me a replacement one so I did not have to make an extra trip to buy one. Thank You Cool image. This company is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have used other HVAC companies and Cool Image is at the top. The ladies in the office are truly professional, giving, and honest. Our ac just stopped and it was 104 degrees. Cool Image was assigned to us through our home warranty company. Of course, all the HVAC companies are booked and there were no available appointments until the next day. I received a call later as they had a cancellation and would be out the same day!!The technician came out on time and was very professional. He kept us informed as to what was the problem.
