My oven went out (again) and they came out to fixed it. Of course a part had to be ordered and when they came back to install, the oven still did not work. They had to order another part (circut board) and they came out a 3rd x to install that and presto--oven worked. But now all of the sudden one of burners did not fire up anymore with out the help of a match. they came out for the 4th x (no charge) and fixed that. I called Anthony/Owner/Technician, for a service on my home AC unit, he was there same day and provided excellent service. He noticed an electrical issue, and instead of trying to sell me a complete system, he was able to change out a few parts on my over 20 year old unit, and get my system running smooth and efficient. Great experience with Anthony, the owner, and Derek, an experienced technician. Their solid expertise solved the problem with my Kitchenaid dishwasher. Solutions were clearly explained, too. I would ask them to repair any of my appliances in the future.
