Incredible customer service! So pleasant to work with and really took the time to make sure EVERYTHING was done properly, no matter how many times they had to show up! They never pushed. They never made us feel like they were selling something. They truly made us feel so good the entire process, and now our air is working like NEVER before. A functioning air conditioner is NOT overrated - and neither is top notch customer service!
