I just had the most amazing experience with Bill. My friend just gave birth at a hospital nearby and I called Bill immediately and he was on it. He helped me craft the perfect message for the card, he ensured that it wouldn’t be a typical corny bouquet which was something that was really important to me. I wanted something unique and beautiful, and he ensured me he would make that happen. He asked if my friend Delivery went smoothly and he really cared about more than just getting me flowers. I was smiling the whole phone call. Thank you for being so happy, joyful, and having just the best energy, Bill.
