I had a problem with glasses right away. I was told to come back after a couple weeks if the problem persisted. I called and even spoke with a manager who gave a bunch of excuses for why my glasses were the way the were. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE CHGEAP EXAM PRICE. Be careful and Don’t fall for the promotions because you will end up paying triple with all the adding and protection plans. For the promotion of 2 progressive lenses for $159 ended paying $670

Terrible customer service from the girls that work upfront. Very condescending and told me I would have to pay for a new eye exam after they have rescheduled me three times and now it’s been past the 45 day window. Will never come here again. Don’t waste your time or your money with these people

Place is a scam! Wanted me to come in 3 times to make sure my contacts fit. Been wearing the same contacts for 6 years. Go to a local optometrist, this place doesn’t care about helping you or getting you in the best glasses. PS it smelt like a taco shop both times I came in
