When our 6 year old well (installed by a different well company) stopped pumping and we got a code on our pump panel of FO5, which is ‘short circuit’, we had no idea what could be wrong.
I called Curtis at Wicker Well and he knew immediately what that code meant—not good— and was at our home to evaluate within the hour. Then he told it to us straight. Our pump 680 feet down had stopped working altogether.
He gave us a fair price to replace and had his technicians here the next day. Dave and Chad were highly professional, personable and knew their job well They were a well oiled machine and had our well up and working within 24 hours of calling!

Curtis and his team do excellent work. From a complete renovation on our property’s pump system to getting a backup Reservoir tank set up right and squared away, these guys know their stuff. I don’t trust anyone else with my water.
