I had a water system installed last year by wicker water well they are amazing Honest people who will go above and beyond for there customer and treat you like neighbors as I was pulling into the property I got stuck in some loose dirt and i believe his name is Curtis was willing to help me get my truck out without hesitation. They went over every detail of how the water pump system works they even offered to go over it again when my husband got off of work. They are very professional and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be a repeat customer.
Curtis and his partner came to the rescue again. This is not the first time I have used them. Very helpful and willing to educate you for future prevention of issues. Highly recommend them!!
When our 6 year old well (installed by a different well company) stopped pumping and we got a code on our pump panel of FO5, which is ‘short circuit’, we had no idea what could be wrong.
I called Curtis at Wicker Well and he knew immediately what that code meant—not good— and was at our home to evaluate within the hour. Then he told it to us straight. Our pump 680 feet down had stopped working altogether.
He gave us a fair price to replace and had his technicians here the next day. Dave and Chad were highly professional, personable and knew their job well They were a well oiled machine and had our well up and working within 24 hours of calling!
