I wasn't sure what to expect when I went in at first. I hadn't gotten a haircut since before COVID started and I was worried how they'd react after seeing this long haired freak come in. Luckily I didn't have anything to worry about cause Chante hooked me UP. Literally the best fade I've ever gotten. She even trimmed the top just right to hide my goofy a** cowlick. Everybody else was super friendly too! Best haircut I've gotten in 4 months!!

Supercuts has one of the weirdest and non-efficient system when it comes to taking reservations. They don't take reservations. It's on a first-come, first-served basis NOT UNLESS you reserve for a time 20 mins before your arrival. Weird, eh? Don't say I didn't warn you. Now, why did I still give it 4 stars? Because the service trumps the stupidity of the System. And the hair pros have NOTHING to do with it. They just work there. So, service: CHECK. Hairdresser skills: CHECK. Value for money: double CHECK.

This is one of the better Supercuts in the east Bay Area. Been going here for about 3 years or so. So much better then the concord treat location. Rolanda is the best !! She is super good at what she does and is really nice. I would highly recommend her to anyone who goes there.
