I love Dr. Shelby’s office. Started taking my son (now 16yrs old) when he was about 3 yrs old. We were recommended to her office by a friend after having a horrible experience with another office. From the very first visit we felt so comfortable and my son never feared going to the dentist after that. Fast forward 13 yrs, now my 3 yrs old daughter see’s Dr. Shelby too and is excited for her appts. She actually had her first cleaning today, went back alone with a smile on her face and gave me a thumbs up and came out the same way! The office staff is friendly and the office runs so efficiently! Highly recommend her to everyone.
We love This clinic!! from the receiving staff to dental assistants, and Dr Shelby Smith! She is wonderful, amazing , very gentle , My daughter had a major dental procedure done, her previous dental clinic wanted to put her to sleep to do the procedure, Dr Smith recommended to Do the procedure in stages so that my daughter will feel more comfortable and will not get traumatized..We did the procedure successfully, my daughter did great! They have the most comfortable rooms to accommodate children of different needs.. i will move my other kids to this clinic because i feel this is the right place for them.. highly recommended! Dr. Shelby and her team are the best in the business. Not only is their office ocean-themed (with the best salt water aquarium!) and clearly intentionally designed to take the anxiety and fear away from the kids, but they are the most patient, efficient, professional, and gentle group. Every aspect is designed to make the children feel and parents feel comfortable. I could never ask for a better dentist for my kiddos, who now look forward to their appointments!
