Quick, knowledgable, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced to boot.

Had a high rise HVAC unit with a bad reversing valve that was stuck heating instead of cooling. Absolutely miserable. Phillip was able to diagnose the issue in under an hour, confirmed the replacement part was in stock and repaired the unit a couple of days later.

The prior vendor through home warranty tried to gouge the quote by stating the system couldn't be repaired, falsely stating the OEM valve was end of life, a none OEM valve wouldn't work, and that a completely new system was needed. This was absolutely not the case.

Unit is back at a cool 65. Thank you Phil!

Phillips Mechanical was great to work with. He was quick to schedule and arrived when he said he would. I had him do a basic HVAC tune up and he was knowledgeable of the unit in my condo. At the end, he explained everything and let me know how it was looking. I will definitely use him for the same service again next year!
